How many Reiki sessions have you taken with Sasha? 4 sessions
Mental peace, absolute relaxation... and during those days I acted more consciously.
After my 4 sessions, I felt a change: mental peace, absolute relaxation, it brought to light some things I needed to change — and during those days I acted more consciously.
During the stressful end-of-year period when we’re all overwhelmed and running at full speed, I wanted to pause and take care of myself — both physically and spiritually. It turned out to be a very pleasant, relaxing experience, and Sasha managed to pass on her good energy. I even slept peacefully.
I liked that at the beginning she explained Reiki clearly — what we could and couldn’t heal — because it was something unknown to me. I also appreciated that at the end of each session we would pause and talk. I felt comfortable.
I decided to try Reiki healing to discover a new experience as an alternative to conventional therapies or ones I already knew.
I had no particular expectations — I was open to receiving the energy in the best way possible, and in the first session I discovered what was being healed.
