Thank you for being here! Let me introduce myself briefly.
My name is Sasha Raae. I’m half Danish, half Chilean, and I’m the founder of Manos Conscientes. I’m a Reiki healer, initiated and certified in Original Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho at Level 1 (in-person healing) and Level 2 (distance healing).

I was born in Denmark on March 14, 1990, and I spent most of my life there, but for approximately 7 years now, I’ve been living in Chile.
I identify with my astrological sign: the dreamy and spiritual Pisces. For any astrology enthusiasts, I can add that my Rising Sign is Cancer and my Moon is in Libra.
Those who know me best describe me as kind, sensitive, loyal, curious, and light-hearted, but also a bit easily distracted. I’m also independent, dedicated, brave, and resilient in the face of life’s challenges.
No one is perfect, and being a Reiki Healer and deeply interested in holistic well-being doesn’t mean I’m not an imperfect human being. It’s important to acknowledge that.
I’m passionate about food, interior design, fashion, self-care, spirituality, minimalism, travel, learning new things, tidiness, and neatness. Nature makes me feel grateful and alive, but I’ve never had any Boy Scout skills.
MY JOURNEY
When I became a Certified Usui Reiki Healer, I never had the intention of healing others. I was (and still am) on a personal healing journey, but to my surprise, sharing the power and beauty of Reiki became a part of my life’s purpose.
My healing journey began in late 2019 when my mother was diagnosed with cancer. At that time, I was living in Chile, but I returned to Denmark to be with her and care for her alongside my family. Unfortunately, she passed away ten months later, marking the darkest months of my life.
That same year, I also lost a close friend, which was completely unexpected.
As a result of all this and more, I entered a life crisis. I went through moments of deep sorrow and felt utterly drained energetically.
Despite it all, I also had many experiences that made me feel supported by “the Universe” or something greater than myself. My spiritual awakening accelerated, and I felt a strong connection with my soul and the “spiritual world.”
My fiancé, my family, and my closest friends helped me navigate this chaos, and Reiki played a fundamental role in my healing process. Additionally, I received support from other spiritual teachers I encountered along the way. It had never been clearer to me: “We are spiritual beings having a human experience.”
TOWARDS HEALING
I went through a lot of pain and sorrow, and I never thought I would find happiness, peace, and gratitude again. I thought my experiences would break me, but fortunately, that wasn’t the case. Now, I understand that pain is a part of our existence, and life is a palette of emotions, experiences, and lessons. Pain is inevitable, but it can be transformed and released.
Although it may sound strange, based on my personal journey, I know that the Universe is profoundly loving and “works” in our favor, even when it seems otherwise. I believe that we all have one or several purposes that our souls have chosen to live, experience, learn, and share with the world.
My story doesn’t end here, and even though I’ve worked hard on my own healing, well-being, and life purpose, it’s not a linear process. There’s always more to learn. New experiences and challenges are always on the horizon.
Today, I am grateful for all the beauty life has given me, and I recognize how privileged and fortunate I am, despite whatever difficult life situations I had to go through.
CAREER
I come from the academic world. Apart from being a Reiki healer, I have a Master’s Degree (Cand.merc.kom), which gave me a scientific perspective focused on communication, marketing, and business. I still love that world.
I graduated from Copenhagen Business School with a Master’s in Business Administration and Organizational Communication, and I have been working in Digital Marketing remotely since 2016.
I was initiated and Certified as a Reiki Usui Healer by my Reiki Master, Myanne Luxn (originalreiki.dk), in Denmark in 2020 (1st Degree) and 2022 (2nd Degree).
Myanne Luxn is a member of The Reiki Alliance, an international organization and community of Reiki Masters dedicated to the practice of Usui Shiki Ryoho, also known as the Usui System of Reiki Healing.
I chose her as my Reiki Master after hearing her in an interview on the Danish podcast: Det Spirituelle Hjørne.
