My first impression of Reiki was very magical. From the sensations in my body to the hot and cold sensations in Sasha’s hands. A strange calmness. I felt peace and tranquility during the session. Stopped thinking for a while. I felt the sensation of peace spread in me. Calmness. With enough energy, but not overwhelming. And in the days that followed, I felt more in control.
