I decided to try Reiki healing because I was going through a very difficult time personally. I just wanted to heal and feel better.

With each session, I started feeling better. It’s indescribable. I felt illuminated and energized. As the sessions went by, I kept gaining strength.

I’ve noticed many changes after my Reiki sessions: I feel energized, illuminated, determined, strong, fearless. I left crying behind, I’m not suffering… I feel they’ve helped me so much.

I’ve progressed much more than I have with my psychological or psychiatric therapies. I feel my Reiki sessions are the foundation of my improvement, and my psychology sessions are the complement to feeling better—opposite of what you might think, and what we’re used to by tradition.

Would you recommend Reiki sessions with Sasha to someone else?
Yes, absolutely—especially with Sasha, not with someone else. I haven’t worked with anyone else, and I say this because with her I’ve truly noticed all these changes. Also, Sasha is a very lovely, sweet, warm person—you just want to hug her. She makes you feel really safe and supported.
