How many sessions do I need?

Reiki is an energy healing practice that offers numerous benefits for the body, mind, and soul. But how many sessions do you need to experience these incredible benefits?

It’s typically recommended to receive four or five consecutive sessions as close together as possible. This way, the energy has the best conditions to work on any relevant imbalances.

Four consecutive sessions are truly impactful and will provide a significant boost in the right direction for each individual.

If you have a specific issue, it’s advisable to take a minimum of eight sessions.

These are my recommendations, but we can never know exactly how many sessions you’ll need to feel improvements in your current state until you start receiving Reiki.

In most cases, changes are noticed after 4 to 5 sessions within a maximum of two weeks—hopefully less.

Sometimes, changes are noticeable from the first session. Other times, it takes several sessions to observe progress. Typically, there are significant improvements from one session to the next.

Regardless, this is YOUR PERSONAL PROCESS, and Reiki always works for your highest benefit. Every session plays an important role. So, stay calm and trust your process.

In my experience, I know that Reiki will help you, but start with a minimum of 4 sessions… and you’ll be amazed.
