Transform your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
One of the questions I get asked most before a first session is: “Can Reiki help me with what I’m going through?”
The answer is almost always yes. And what continues to surprise me, after working with more than 155 people, is the many different reasons people come — and how Reiki finds a way to help with all of them.
That is precisely what makes Reiki so special: it doesn’t treat specific symptoms in isolation. It treats the whole person — across four dimensions: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. And in each session, the energy goes exactly where it is needed most.
Below you will find a guide to the conditions and situations where Reiki can support you. It is not a list of promises — it is a reference based on years of practice, the teachings of my masters, and the real experiences of my clients.
As always: Reiki is a complementary treatment. It does not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care — it supports and enhances it.
1. At a physical level
The body has an extraordinary capacity to heal.
Reiki activates and amplifies those natural processes — reducing accumulated tension, supporting recovery, and helping the body return to a state of balance.
Reiki can support you with:
- Chronic pain
- Headaches and migraines
- Muscle tension
- Insomnia and sleep problems
- Fatigue and physical exhaustion
- Physical injuries
- Post-operative or post-illness recovery
- Strengthening the immune system
- Supporting fertility processes*
- Mitigating side effects of cancer treatment*
*For serious medical conditions such as cancer or fertility processes, Reiki acts exclusively as a complementary support to conventional medical treatment. It never replaces it. If you are going through any of these situations, I recommend continuing with your medical team and considering Reiki as an additional support for your overall well-being.
“Before starting I had no energy to do anything, everything was a struggle — even sleeping — and I had very severe bruxism. The first change was feeling like I was recharging my inner battery.”
— Natalia Espinoza C.

2. At a mental level
The modern mind never stops. Chronic stress, overstimulation, and the fast pace of daily life generate a state of constant alertness that exhausts and clouds clarity. Reiki activates the parasympathetic nervous system — the body’s natural rest mode — allowing the mind to finally let go, reorganize, and recover its clarity.
Reiki can support you with:
- Chronic stress
- Anxiety
- Lack of concentration and mental clarity
- Difficulty making decisions
- Mental exhaustion (burnout)
- Racing thoughts or a mind that won’t stop
*For mental health conditions, remember that Reiki is a complementary treatment — it does not replace psychological or psychiatric care. If you are working with a mental health professional, Reiki can support and enhance that process.

3. At an emotional level
Emotions that we were unable to process at the time do not simply disappear — they stay stored in the body, manifesting in ways we sometimes don’t even recognize. Reiki creates a safe space for those emotions to move, be released, and transform — without forcing anything, always respecting your own process and rhythm.
Reiki can support you with:
- Sadness and depression
- Grief and loss
- Trauma and past wounds
- Repressed emotions
- Irritability and mood swings
- Low self-esteem and lack of confidence
- Fears and emotional blocks
*For conditions such as depression or trauma, Reiki acts as a complement — never a replacement — for psychological or psychiatric treatment. I always recommend working with a mental health professional if you need it.
“I was able to release emotional tensions that were affecting me, which allowed me to feel lighter and more at peace.”

“The changes have been multiple. I have felt much better emotionally, the severe back pain has lessened, and greater synchronicities have started to appear in my life.”

“Session after session I felt progress in how I was feeling. I started in a very emotionally heavy state, and along the way I kept feeling better and sensing that I was moving toward that goal.”
— Pía (1),

4. At a spiritual and energetic level
There are dimensions of well-being that go beyond the physical, mental, or emotional. A feeling of disconnection from yourself, the search for purpose, major life transitions, or simply the desire to find more inner peace — Reiki also works at this deep level, supporting personal growth and reconnection with your own essence — with your soul.
And in the most difficult moments of life, Reiki can offer something that few things can: presence, peace, and spiritual connection.
Reiki can support you with:
- The search for greater inner peace
- Releasing energy blocks
- Disconnection from yourself
- Lack of purpose or direction in life
- Existential or personal crises
- Major life transitions
- Personal growth and self-discovery
- Balance between body, mind, and soul
- Calm and peace in the final moments of life
Reiki supports overall well-being — but if you are going through a deep existential crisis or complex grief, I also recommend seeking professional support. Reiki and therapy work very well together.

Every process is unique
Results and experiences with Reiki vary from person to person. Each of us arrives with our own story, our own body, and our own healing process. What I can tell you, after years of practice, is that Reiki always has a deeply healing effect — even if not always in the way we expect.
Reiki gives you what you need. Not always what you want — but always what is most important for you at this moment in your life.
