Refund & Returns Policy

1. Can I reschedule my session?

Yes, you can reschedule your session without any issue, as long as you do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

If you make any changes within 48 hours of the session start time, a fee of 40 USD or 250 DKK will be charged.

2. How do I reschedule my session?

To change your booking, you must notify us exclusively via WhatsApp at +569 40650379 (not through Instagram).

I will send you a link with available time slots, and you will be able to choose a new time on a future date that works for you — on the same day.

3. What is the refund policy if I cancel my session?

To receive a 100% refund, you must cancel your purchase at least 72 hours before the session start time.

If you cancel within 72 hours of the session start time, no refund will be issued.

4. How can I cancel my Reiki session?

Any cancellation must be made by sending a WhatsApp message to +569 4065 0379.

5. When will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

6. Changes on our end

If I, Sasha, need to reschedule your session or sessions, I will always offer you the option to:

  1. Move the session to another day that works for you.
  2. Receive a 100% refund if you no longer wish to continue with the treatment.

You will be notified of any such changes via WhatsApp.
