Before beginning, I was open to trying the experience. I hoped Reiki would help me feel calmer and reduce my anxiety.
How was the experience in your sessions?
I felt very good. As I progressed through the sessions I felt it more and more and was able to connect better with myself — even the day after. After the 4 sessions, I felt calmer and my sleep quality improved.
