I felt greater overall tranquility, improved my mood, and significantly reduced my back pain
Initially, I wanted to try Reiki healing for my chronic neck and back pain. My expectation was that it could alleviate the chronic pain and also improve my emotional state.
I learned that each session is unique. Sometimes, I was very calm, immediately feeling fully relaxed afterward, and other times I experienced quite a bit of anxiety during the session, but upon completion, I felt relaxed. The pains could manifest over the next 24 hours and then gradually subside until almost disappearing.
After completing my five Reiki sessions, I felt greater overall tranquility, improved my mood, and significantly reduced my back pain.
If you ask me if I recommend Reiki healing with Sasha to others, I would say: Yes, although I’m sure the process is different for each person, it certainly aids in both the physical and emotional healing process. Additionally, Sasha, in particular, is very warm and welcoming.
I loved Reiki healing! From the first session, I noticed changes in my overall well-being, both physically and emotionally. I will undoubtedly continue to receive Reiki.
